If you have been referred by a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician, the cost of a session is $180.00. You will need to pay this amount at the end of each session by Eftpos or credit card (AMEX excluded). The rebate of $84.80 can then be claimed from Medicare (for up to 10 sessions per calendar year). 

If you are attending counselling without a referral from a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician, the cost of a session is $130.00.  You will need to pay this amount at the end of each session by Eftpos or credit card (AMEX excluded).

If you hold a pension/concession card the cost of a session is $85.00.  You will need to pay this amount at the end of each session by Eftpos or credit card.  The rebate of $84.80 can then be claimed from Medicare (for up to 10 sessions per calendar year).

Sometimes during counselling, a report or letter is needed by a client.  This is an additional cost which generally ranges from $200 to $400.

If you need to cancel an appointment, a 24-hour notification is required.  A cancellation fee of $85 applies if notification is not provided 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
