Counselling.

Counselling is available for adults for wellbeing support and managing day-to-day challenges.

Online sessions are offered by appointment Saturday mornings. Face-to-face sessions available upon request. 

The length of a counselling session is 55-minutes and a fee of $220 applies, payable at the time of booking. Referrals from a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrican, with a Medicare Plan reduces the out-of-pocket expense.

For children and adolescents previously assessed by this service, ongoing support is offered. 

Sometimes during counselling, a report or letter is needed by a client. This is an additional cost which generally ranges from $300 to $500.

24-hour notification is required for a session cancellation and a full refund provided.  A cancellation fee of $120 applies if notification is not provided 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment ($100 refund).
